Sijm Noteboom received his master's degree in Technical Medicine from the University of Twente, Enschede. In October 2021, he started as a PhD Candidate at the Anesthesiology and Intensive Care medicine departments of the Amsterdam UMC, location AMC.

 

The topic of his PhD research is clinical decision-making in critical care and development of state-of-the-art AI applications based on coagulation data and hemodynamical parameters. The VHALID-trial is part of his PhD thesis as well as of this RPA.
