Philip Croon obtained his MD degree cum laude at the VU Amsterdam. During the bachelor fase of the medicine track, Philip followed the minor personalised medicine were his interest in artificial intelligence was born. In July 2021, Philip started as a PhD student at the department of Cardiology under supervision of Prof. dr I. Isgum, Prof. dr. C. Allaart, Dr. M.M. Winter and Drs. ir. J.L. Selder. His main project is is part of the RPA ‘Artificial intelligence for Health decision making’ and focusses on decision support using artificial intelligence for patient with heart failure.
