Natali Helberger 

Natali Helberger is distinguished University Professor Law & Digital Technology, with a special focus on AI. Her research includes filter bubbles, smart TVs, personalized news and privacy protection. She studies the legal and political problems that arise in our digital society. Helberger not only contributes to the debate, but also helps draft legislation and regulations. She advised the European Union on the new privacy law (the AVG) and regularly consults with the Netherlands Authority for Consumers and Markets and the Media Authority.
