Hannah van Kolfschooten
Hannah van Kolfschooten received a LL.M. in Health Law (cum laude, 2018) and a LL.M. in Information Law (cum laude, 2019) from the University of Amsterdam. She is currently teaching and coordinating the course International and European Health Law in the Health Law master's program at the University of Amsterdam. Her research interests include EU law, (health) privacy, patients' rights, public health, health technology and medicines regulation.
The topic of her PhD research is EU regulation of algorithmic decision-making in public health and health care and focusses on safeguarding patients' rights. Her thesis supervisors are prof. J. Legemaate (UvA/AMC), dr. A. de Ruijter (UvA/ACELG) and dr. K. Irion (UvA/IViR).
